2018 to 2020
At iLink, I helped turnaround a declining company and double the business growth from ~$20M to ~$40M yearly revenue over a 2.5 year period. This was done by building teams who were laser focused on client delight and in establishing processes and procedures that helped with scaling the business rapidly.
iLink digital has team members working in Asia, Europe, North America and South America. My primary focus was to train and empower the middle management team to work well across globally distributed teams and build systems for collaboration and productivity. We created 100s of jobs during this period in different parts of the world.
2010 to 2017
At Onvia, we were at the intersection of business and government. During a time of economic instability in 2010, Onvia helped track the federal stimulus dollars all the way to each county and special district in the country, thereby helping local businesses to bid for the projects and benefit from the stimulus package. Thousands of businesses survived the tough economic times by using the sales leads that Onvia provided.
My role at Onvia was to turnaround a declining business with a modern technology stack which enabled a new Go-To-Market strategy. I helped hire a technology team in downtown Seattle who built modern technology platforms that helped normalize and distribute data from over 30,000 government agencies. This technology platform helped increase the company valuation by 300%.
1999 to 2009
At Aditi Technologies, we built software products that changed lives for the better. Ancestry.com and a micro finance application that helped distribute micro loans for businesses in Africa are just a couple of examples of software we built for mature businesses and startups.
My last role at Aditi was as a General Manager. I was responsible for starting a new business unit, hire team members, develop a Go-To-Market strategy and build it into a profitable business. I hired hundreds of engineers and mentored upcoming leaders to create a lasting legacy.
